Aside from my extensive childcare history, I feel my best knowledge comes from me being a mother myself - I have an amazing 3 year old son, who is in pre-school therefore won't interfere with my job. I have only been with my current family for 3 months, but unfortunately my moving to Bear/Newark area is much too far of a commute for me, so I need a new family to join ASAP.
